Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

We want you to love the products you purchase from us! If you have any concerns regarding your order, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@pinkbliss.in with the necessary details.


⏰ Delivery Timeline

Deliveries are made throughout the week, except on national holidays, using third-party service providers appointed by Pinkbliss.

  • Within Maharashtra: Delivery within 1-3 days

  • Outside Maharashtra: Delivery within 3-6 days


🚚 Important Delivery Guidelines

For Wrong / Missing / Damaged Items

  • Refusal OTP: Share the courier OTP only if you wish to cancel the order.

  • Inspect the Package: If the package appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept it. Return it to the delivery agent or call us immediately at +91 9429691216 in the presence of the agent.

  • No Unattended Deliveries: Ensure that you personally receive the package. We are not responsible for claims if the package is left unattended.

  • Unboxing Video: Record an unboxing video and report any damaged/missing/different products within 12 hours for a quick resolution.


⚠️ Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email at hello@pinkbliss.in or calling +91 9429691216 (Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM).

  • You can also drop a WhatsApp message on our official support number +91 9156733379.

  • Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

  • If you wish to cancel, simply refuse the parcel at the time of delivery. Once delivered, orders cannot be returned.


📦 Return Policy (24 Hours Window)

We offer a 24-hour return policy, meaning you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. Cosmetic products are non-returnable. Returns are only applicable if you received the wrong product.

Eligibility for Return

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • Must be in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@pinkbliss.in. If return pickup is not available at your location, we may request you to send the product back at your own expense.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

❌ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You receive the wrong product

This allows us to evaluate and resolve the issue at the earliest.


⛔ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Cosmetic products (Return is only applicable if you received the wrong product)

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you have concerns about a specific product, feel free to contact us before placing your order.


↪ Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable if you receive a different product or the product is completely damaged. The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the incorrect/damaged item and place a new order separately after the return is accepted.


💰 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing time: Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund.

  • If 15 business days have passed and you have not received the refund, contact us at hello@pinkbliss.in.
