Delivery Timeline

Deliveries are made throughout the week, except on national holidays, using third-party service providers appointed by Pinkbliss.in.

Within Maharashtra we will take 2-3 days to ship the products. For outside Maharashtra, we will take 4-6 days to ship the products.

In case you received a wrong item/product missing case.

In case a wrong product has been delivered or the product is missing in the package, please send us an email to co*****@pi*******.in. or call on 8876333777 within 2 days of the delivery date with the following details. Order ID Invoice Copy (Hard/Soft) Details of your request/Complaint Clear images of the products received & label on the outside package to verify the details. Once we receive all these details, our customer delight team will address your query within 24 hours

In case you received a damaged item

If you claim the product leaked or it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email to co*****@pi*******.in. or call on 8876333777 within 5 days of the delivery date with the following details. Order ID Copy of the Invoice (Hard/Soft) Details of your request/Complaint Images or videos to support the complaint with a batch number that is mentioned near the MRP/crimp of the product. Once we receive all these details, our customer delight team will address your query within 24

In case you have concerns related to the product

If you have a product quality complaint, please write an email to co*****@pi*******.in. or call on 8876333777 within 5 days of receiving the products and provide the following information. We’ll review the email and respond within 24 to 48 hours: Order ID Invoice Copy (Hard/Soft) Details of your request/Complaint Images of products received & batch number mentioned near the MRP/crimp of the product. Once we receive all these details, our customer delight team would like to address your issue over a call and resolve the query within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy :

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email at co*****@pi*******.in. or call on 8876333777 Timings: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm) Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled. You can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery as the order will not be returned once delivered.
