Deliveries are made throughout the week, except on national holidays, using third-party service providers appointed by Pinkbliss.

  • Within Maharashtra: Delivery within 1-3 days

  • Outside Maharashtra: Delivery within 3-6 days

For Wrong / Missing / Damaged Items

  • Refusal OTP: Share the courier OTP only if you wish to cancel the order.

  • Inspect the Package: If the package appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept it. Return it to the delivery agent or call us immediately at +91 9429691216 in the presence of the agent.

  • No Unattended Deliveries: Ensure that you personally receive the package. We are not responsible for claims if the package is left unattended.

  • Unboxing Video: Record an unboxing video and report any damaged/missing/different products within 12 hours for a quick resolution.


⚠️ Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email at [email protected] or calling +91 9429691216 (Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM).

  • Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

  • If you wish to cancel, simply refuse the parcel at the time of delivery. Once delivered, orders cannot be returned.


📦 Return Policy (24 Hours Window)

We offer a 24-hour return policy, meaning you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. Cosmetic products are non-returnable. Returns are only applicable if you received the wrong product.

Eligibility for Return

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • Must be in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Exchanges are only applicable if you receive a different product or the product is completely damaged. The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the incorrect/damaged item and place a new order separately after the return is accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing time: Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund.
