I don't know if it's the toner as I am using serum too of derma and washing my face with kumkumati face wash ( Herbal)The glow is visible but don't know if it's this product. But the fact is it's glowing and it has nice texture and after tapping it obsorbs in the skin. My suggestion is that u must try at least one bottle to check ✅
