L’oreal Professionnel Paris INOA Ammonia-free Permanent Hair Color – 6 (Dark Blonde)
What the shade means
Shade “6 Dark Blonde” is a rich, mid-dark blonde tone. It’s suitable if you’re aiming for a noticeable but natural blonde look, perhaps for darkening roots to match lengths or maintaining an overall dark blonde effect.
If you’re looking for a professional-level permanent colour in a dark blonde shade that treats your hair gently (no ammonia), gives rich, even results with good shine, then this INOA shade #6 is a strong option. The oil-based system and vegan formula make it stand out compared with more traditional ammonia based colours.

Key benefits
-
Provides up to 100% grey hair coverage while delivering a natural-looking shade.
-
Uses a “Oil Delivery System” (ODS) with a high oil content in the formula, which is engineered to deposit colour deep into the hair fibre and enhance shine and comfort.
-
Claims up to +48% more shine compared to uncoloured hair.
-
A gentler experience: the lack of ammonia reduces the typical strong odour and scalp irritation that some traditional colours bring.
-
Vegan formula: no animal-derived ingredients or by-products.
-
It can lift up to three levels (meaning you can lighten your natural hair up to three shades) depending on the developer used and your hair’s condition.
Usage / Application
-
Mix in a 1:1 ratio: one tube (60g) of the colour cream and one part of the INOA oil-based developer (10, 20 or 30 volume depending on desired lift/coverage).
-
Apply to dry, unwashed hair, starting at the regrowth, then the mid-lengths and ends if needed.
-
Development time: about 35 minutes without added heat.
-
After development, emulsify gently, rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear, then shampoo with a post-colour formula and finish as desired.
